Euronext: presents new strategic plan

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Thursday Euronext announced the creation of its new three-year strategic plan, entitled "Let's Grow Together 2022".

The group thereby aims to continue on its growth trajectory.

The "Let's Grow Together 2022" strategic plan includes the following financial targets for 2022: (organic) sales growth of 2% to 3%, an (organic) EBITDA margin of over 60% in 2022 and a dividend policy including a 50% payout of reported net income.

Stéphane Boujnah, Chairman and CEO, said "Today, Euronext is determined to build the leading pan-European market infrastructure by growing and seizing opportunities, to accelerate innovation and sustainable growth."
