KPN: completes share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday KPN announced the completion of its 300 million euro share buyback program, which started in February and was completed yesterday.


The Dutch telecom operator said it had acquired an adjusted total of 92.84 million of its own shares under the program at an adjusted average price of 3.23 euros per share.

KPN said it intends to cancel 91.84 million shares to reduce its capital and retain one million shares to reward its employees through employee share plans.
