Aperam: has sold its tube business in France.

(CercleFinance.com) - Aperam yesterday announced the sale of Aperam Stainless Services & Solutions Tubes Europe to Mutares.


This concerns its welded tubes business found in Ancerville (manufacturing business) and its subsidiary Aperam Stainless Services and Solutions Tubes France activity found in Annecy (distribution centre) in France.

The companies concerned - consolidated in the "Services & Solutions" segment - generated revenues of 64 million euros and shipments of 22 thousand tonnes in 2016. Aperam considers these activities as non-core businesses.
