BHP: beefs up management team
(CercleFinance.com) - BHP announces that it is strengthening its Executive Leadership Team (ELT), with the creation of two new roles ((Chief Technical Officer and Chief Development Officer), for which Laura Tyler and Johan van Jaarsveld will respectively take office from 1 September.
The mining and petroleum company also announces the appointments of Ragnar Udd as President Minerals Americas and Caroline Cox as Director of External Affairs, effective from 1 November. The Anglo-Australian group also points out that Peter Beaven will remain its Chief Financial Officer until 30 November, and that David Lamont will succeed him in this role on 1 December.
