Rio Tinto: Board renewal continues

(CercleFinance.com) - Rio Tinto announces that Simon McKeon will step down as a non-executive director at the end of the Group's Annual General Meeting on May 2, 2024.


During the course of 2023, the mining group announced the appointment of five new non-executive directors, with the aim of refreshing the composition of the Board of Directors.

As part of this gradual transition, Simon McKeon has agreed to step down as a director and will therefore not be seeking re-election by shareholders," the group points out.
