Diageo: launches takeover bid on East African Breweries
(CercleFinance.com) - Diageo, through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Diageo Kenya Limited, announces that it has launched a partial takeover bid to increase its overall shareholding in East African Breweries PLC ("EABL") from its current 50.
