Exclusive Networks: acquisition of Nextgen down under

(CercleFinance.com) - Exclusive Networks announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Nextgen Group, a specialist in cybersecurity, data resiliency and digital enterprise solutions in Australia and New Zealand, with a presence in the Asia-Pacific region.


Based in Sydney, Nextgen has 190 employees and generated gross sales of 266m AUD (E160m) in the year to June 2023, with double-digit growth expected in the coming years.

This transaction is perfectly in line with Exclusive Networks' external growth strategy. Closing of the transaction is subject to the usual conditions precedent, and is expected to occur in Q2 2024.
