Valeo: BlackRock increases stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 15 October it increased its stake in Valeo's capital to above the 5% threshold, and that on behalf of the said clients and funds, is now holds 5.
03% of the group's capital and 4.92 % of the group's voting rights.

This threshold has been exceeded due to the purchase of Valeo shares on the market.
