Spie: acquires Lück group in Germany.

(CercleFinance.com) - On 13 April Spie signed an agreement to acquire the German group Lück, presented as "a specialist (.
..) of multi-technical services for the tertiary sector." The financial terms of the deal have not been specified.

Established in 1965, the target offers a full range of services related to building technologies, with particular expertise in the field of data centers.

With about 1,000 employees, Lück's sales reached approximately 130 million euros in 2016.
