Worldline: successful bond placement

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline has announced the successful issue of bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares (oceane), maturing on 30 July 2025 for a nominal amount of approximately 600 million euros, representing an increase of 100 million euros from an initially scheduled amount of 500 million euros, due to demand from investors.


This issue secures excellent conditions for the pre-financing of the acquisition of Ingenico (...) and is a further step towards the completion of the financing of the transaction, the group said.

These bonds will pay no coupon (zero-coupon) and will be issued at a price of 126.96 euros, i.e. 106.30% of their par value, which corresponds to a yield to maturity of -1.22%. Settlement and delivery are scheduled for 30 July.
