Nanobiotix: closing of remaining JJDC placement

(CercleFinance.com) - Nanobiotix announces the closing by Johnson & Johnson Innovation (JJDC) of the previously announced subscription of 901,256 additional ordinary shares, in the form of ADSs, for a total amount of $4.
8 million, or 4.6 million euros.

This investment follows the French Ministry of the Economy's approval of JJDC's remaining placement on November 22, in compliance with French foreign investment control rules.

The total gross proceeds of around â?¬50.9 million received by Nanobiotix have thus increased to around â?¬55.5 million, extending the biotech company's financial visibility until mid-2025.
