Fermentalg: transfer to Euronext Growth on April 16

(CercleFinance.com) - Fermentalg has announced that it will transfer its listing from the Euronext Paris regulated market to the Euronext Growth Paris multilateral trading facility on April 16, its application having been approved by the Euronext admissions committee on April 11.


The transfer, which was authorized by the AGM on February 2, will enable the microalgae specialist to be listed on a market offering simplified operating procedures, better suited to its size, activity, market capitalization and needs.

However, Fermentalg plans to maintain a financial communications policy comparable to that implemented to date, notably by continuing to publish quarterly financial information.
