Edenred: Select Equity group cuts stakes

(CercleFinance.com) - Select Equity Group, L.
P.1, acting on behalf of its clients and funds it manages, has announced that on 12 March 2019 it cut its stake in Edenred's capital to below the threshold of 5% of its voting rights and that it now holds 12,018,719 shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.02% of the group's capital and 4.91% of its voting rights.

This threshold has been crossed due to the sale of Edenred shares on the market.
