Getlink: record month of May for shuttle freight

(CercleFinance.com) - Getlink has announced that passenger shuttle traffic rose by 8% y-o-y in May 2017, with 230,724 vehicles transported.
Since 1 January, over 950,000 passenger cars have crossed the English Channel onboard shuttles (+2%).

Meanwhile, Shuttle Freight recorded the best month of May in its history, with 143,924 trucks transported, up 2%. Since 1 January, traffic has risen by 3%, with over 703,000 vehicles transported, a new record for the first give months of the year.
