Clariane: René Holecek exceeds 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - On March 22, René Holecek declared to the AMF that he had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of Clariane's capital and voting rights, both directly and through Leima Equity Two as, which he controls, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The Czech businessman said he held, directly and indirectly, 5,345,000 Clariane shares, representing 5.003% of the capital and voting rights of the dependency care group (formerly known as Korian).
