Clariane: proposed capital increase approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Clariane announces that its Combined General Meeting held on 26 March approved, by a large majority, all the resolutions submitted to shareholder vote - particularly those concerning the completion of a capital increase of E300m.


The capital increase, to be completed in late June or September, is part of the plan announced on 14 November 2023 to strengthen the group's financial structure and reduce its debt and financial leverage.

The transaction is subject to the lifting of a number of conditions precedent, including approval by the relevant competition authorities for Predica's possible takeover of the dependency care group.
