ADP: controls nearly 25% of GMR Airports' capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Aéroports de Paris announces that it has just completed the first phase of the transaction that has begun through signing, on 20 February, the agreement to buy, subject to certain conditions, a 49% stake in GMR Airports.


It now owns 24.99% of GMR Airports and as such joins the company's board of directors. The second phase - subject to certain regulatory conditions - concerns 24.01% and should take place over the coming months.
