ADP: takes exclusive control of AIG in Jordan

(CercleFinance.com) - The Group has signed a contract with a view to acquiring exclusive control of the Airport International Group (AIG), the concessionaire of the Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan.


With this takeover, the ADP Group, which is already a 9.5 per cent shareholder of AIG via ADP International since 2007, will be able to fully consolidate the financial statements of the concessionaire company.

This transaction translates into a 267-million dollar investment for the ADP Group.

Queen Alia airport welcomed 7.4 million passengers in 2016.
