ADP: progress in negotiations in Vietnam?

.. The Vietnam News Agency (VNA) news agency reported that the Vietnamese Prime Minister, Nguyen Xuan Phuc, yesterday met Augustin de Romanet, CEO of ADP, and that he is behind the "cooperation" between ADP and local companies.

A "strategic partnership agreement" with the local Vietnamese operator National Aviation Corporation (NAC) has been mentioned, which suggests that the negotiations are progressing, although no additional details have been provided: ADP has not confirmed anything yet.

The idea is that the French airport operator takes a "strategic stake" in NAC, a project that initially was supposed to have been completed by the end of last year.
