Gecina: 9m rental income down 7%

(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina has posted gross rental income of 461.
8 million euros at the end of September 2021, down 7.1% y-o-y.

At a constant consolidation scope, performance was pretty stable (-0.1%) at the end of September.

This performance reflects a weak rise in indexation (+0.4%), and the positive effect of rental reversion (+0.7%), but these positive effects were offset by a temporary deterioration in the vacancy (-1.8%).

Although it has secured or finalided nearly 541 million euros in divestments YTD, the company still expects recurrent net income per share of 5.3 euros, whereas the initial forecast was understood to be excluding the effects of potential disposals or acquisitions.

The share is down about 1% at lunchtime today.
