Gfi Informatique: successful bid for Realdolmen

(CercleFinance.com) - Gfi Informatique's bid for Realdolmen has been a great success, with nearly 90% of Realdolmen's shares tendered.


The group has therefore decided to re-open the offer from 5 June.

During the initial acceptance period, 4,622,071 Realdolmen shares and 80,000 warrants, i.e. all the warrants issued by Realdolmen in circulation, which together represent 88.92% of securities issued by it (on a fully diluted basis) were tendered as part of the offer.
