April: Oddo BHF downgrades buy rating

(CercleFinance.com) - An analyst at Oddo BHF today said that he is downgrading his buy rating on the share of the group April, from buy to neutral, with share currently close to its target price (21.
50 euros).

Remember that after the agreement reached between CVC and Evolem (which holds 65% of April's capital), the transfer of Evolem's stake into a transfer structure (Andromeda Investissements) is still planned to take place in Q2 19, subject to obtaining regulatory approvals. A simplified takeover bid should then be filed (...), the broker says.

As soon as this offer is officially launched, we will recommend investors to tender their shares to the offer, Oddo BHF said.
