Société Générale: framework agreement signed for Lyxor sale

(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi and Société Générale announce that, ahead of schedule, they have signed a framework agreement for the acquisition of Lyxor by Amundi, a project for which entry into exclusive negotiations was announced on 7 April.


"The finalisation of this transaction is expected at the end of 20213, subject to the prior approval of the competent regulatory and competition authorities," both financial institutions said.
