Dassault Systèmes: Invest Securities still a buyer

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the publication of the quarterly results, Invest Securities only marginally adjusted its expectations (+0.
8%/-3.9%/-3.6% for 2020-22e EPS), while trimming its target price for the share (196 euros vs. 200 euros), while confirming its buy rating, convinced about the significant development potential in its different markets over the MT/LT.

While the Q3 results could have raised some concerns at first sight, management was resolutely optimistic despite the context, explaining that: (i) the slowdown was only temporary, due to DSY's decision to accompany its clients in this difficult context, and (ii) the development prospects were reinforced at the end of the lockdown, in view of the needs of clients in all its sectors to accelerate their digitalisation and their capacity to innovate, the broker says.
