Lagardère: Vivendi becomes majority shareholder

(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi has informed the AMF that on 25 May 2022 it exceeded the threshold of 50% of Lagardère's share capital, by holding 78,228,398 Lagardère shares, i.
e. 55.43% of the company's share capital and 45.85% of its voting rights.

The crossing of this threshold results from Vivendi's acquisition of 14,535,159 Lagardère shares a part of the tender offer for Lagardère shares that it initiated.
