Zodiac Aerospace: loss made in H1.

(CercleFinance.com) - Zodiac Aerospace has published a H1 2016-17 net loss, group share of -24 million euros against a profit of 44 million a year earlier, with an underlying operating loss of 12 million euros, which has been heavily affected by its aircraft interiors business.


The aerospace OEM reported turnover of 2,447 million euros over the first six months of the year, down 1.7% as reported and down 2.6% like-for-like.

The group continued to implement its "Focus" plan and make cost reductions and expects a significant improvement in profitability in H2 despite maintaining a high level of additional operating costs.
