Casino: end of the Sirius Achats central purchasing group

(CercleFinance.com) - Casino has announced that, in accordance with the terms of their agreements, BUT, Conforama, MDA Company and Intermarché have decided to terminate their central purchasing group Sirius Achats as of June 15, after almost two years in operation.


With this decision, each retailer concerned can now forge new partnerships for the purchase of technical goods (large and small household appliances, image and sound) or deepen their intra-group synergies.

'BUT, Conforama, MDA Company, Groupe Casino and Intermarché will continue to pursue the same purchasing performance objectives and to promote the development of responsible products', adds the retailer.
