Capgemini: Paul Hermelin's mandate renewed

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced that its Board of Directors has confirmed Paul Hermelin as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with the board meeting after the group's AGM.


In addition to his reappointment, the meeting approved the appointment of Frédéric Oudéa as a new director. The board now has 13 directors, two of whom represent employees.

The shareholders also adopted the payment of a dividend of 1.70 euro per share for FY 2017, which will be paid from 6 June, with the coupon's detachment date set on 4 June.
