Plastic Omnium: successfully prices E500m bond

(CercleFinance.com) - Plastic Omnium announces the successful placement of a E500m bond issue, maturing in March 2029, with a coupon of 4.
875%.

The order book, which was more than three times oversubscribed to, demonstrates investors' confidence in Plastic Omnium's credit and the group's long-term trajectory.

The issue follows the group's rating of BB+ with a stable outlook, awarded by S&P Global Ratings on 1 March 2024.

The proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
