(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF maintains its "outperform" rating on Veolia shares, along with its target price of 28.
5 euros (current price: 26 euros, +1%), following the group's publication of a Q1 2021 performance that the broker describes as "remarkable".

Analysts highlight an upturn in business in most geographies, upbeat prices and a scrupulous pursuit of cost savings which propel organic growth rates above usual levels.

The confidence shown by management regarding the 2021 trajectory is reassuring, especially as a potential improvement in business could occur over the next few quarters, the broker adds, which nevertheless sees uncertainties that need to be removed.
