Klépierre: sells two shopping centres to Carmila
(CercleFinance.com) - Klépierre has sold two shopping centres to Carmila for a total of 212.
2 million euros (rights included).
The sale concerns two shopping centres; one, Grand Vitrolles, near to Marseilles (83%-owned by Klépierre and 17%-owned by NOC), has a surface area of 24,350 m2, with 80 shops and a Carrefour hypermarket of 20,500 m2.
The second, Gran Via Hortaleza, in Madrid is fully owned by Klépierre. It has a surface area of 6,300m2, 70 shops and a Carrefour hypermarket of 10,950 m2.
