Klépierre: large acquisition in Spain.

(CercleFinance.com) - After the market closed on Monday Klépierre announced its acquisition of Nueva Condomina, the leading shopping centre in the region of Murcia (Spain).


The acquisition was made on the basis of an asset value of 233 million euros, included duties, and enables Nueva Condomina to climb up to third place in Klépierre's Spanish portfolio of property assets in terms of net rental income.

Covering an area of approximately 110,000 square metres (including a Mall of 73,000 metres square and a retail park of 37,000 square metres), Nueva Condomina has an exceptional offering of 178 stores. The complex had some 11 million visitors last year and the revenues generated by its traders reached 257 million euros.
