Dassault Aviation: Stifel raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Stifel reiterates its "buy" recommendation on Dassault Aviation shares, with an increased target price of 130 euros (from 120 euros): its new target price implies upside potential of around 27% for the aircraft manufacturer's stock.


The broker says that it has slightly increased its 2021 EPS estimate to reflect higher Falcon deliveries, thanks to the solid business jet performance achieved over the past year.

Analysts believe that Rafale has clear export momentum and that the Covid crisis is actually likely to boost propensity to travel privately; they also point out the stock's underperformance relative to the Stoxx A&D index in 2021.
