EssilorLuxottica: renewed agreement with Dolce&Gabbana

(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica announces the early renewal of its license agreement with Dolce&Gabbana for the design, production and worldwide distribution of prescription frames and sunglasses for this brand.


The existing agreement, which took effect on January 1, 2020 and expired on December 31, 2029, has been renewed and replaced by a new 16-year agreement, running from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2039.

"This renewal, which comes ahead of its natural term, and the duration of the new agreement are a testament to the solid trust and collaboration between the two companies since 2005", comments the optical giant.
