Peugeot: launches a 600 million euro bond issue.

(CercleFinance.com) - On 14 March 2017, PSA Group launched a 600 million euro bond issue that was more than twice oversubscribed to.


This bond issue has a maturity of 7 years. It increases the Group's cash and extends the average maturity of its bond debt. This issue represents the lowest cost ever achieved by the Group, with an annual coupon of just 2%.

Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon, Chief Financial Officer of PSA Group and member of the Managing Board, said: "This transaction has been another success for the Group.
