Faurecia: Invest raises its target price.

(CercleFinance.com) - In a note distributed this Monday morning as a reaction to the publication of the half-yearly accounts at the end of last week, Invest Securities has raised its target price from 52 to 54 euros and maintained its 'buy' recommendation on Faurecia.


In addition to more prolific than expected activity, “it is above all the dynamic of improving margins that is maintained”, summarises the intermediary. It has not escaped its attention that the auto equipment manufacturer has furthermore confirmed its confidence in the pursuit of “momentum” by raising its 2017 objectives.

Invest Securities has consequently readjusted its EPS forecast upwards for 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively by +4.6, +3 and +1.9%. “The market's negative reaction after last Friday's publication makes for an attractive buying opportunity”, considers the analyst.
