Natixis: negotiates sale of Axeltis to MFEX

(CercleFinance.com) - Natixis Investment Managers and the Swedish-based MFEX Group today announce that they will enter into exclusive negotiations for the sale to MFEX of all of the fund distribution platform Axeltis' capital.


This sale would be accompanied by the signing of a long-term partnership with MFEX for OPC's open architecture distribution within Groupe BPCE (Caisses d'Epargne and Banques Populaires networks) as well as Natixis Wealth Management and Natixis Assurances.

With this project, Natixis Investment Managers continues to manage its business portfolio to focus its development on asset management. This project is subject to the consultation of employee representative bodies.
