Sanofi: new positive results in Dupixent trials

(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi has said that two placebo-controlled pivotal phase III clinical trials evaluating Dupixent (dupilumab) in the treatment of the inadequately controlled Nasosinusienne polypose of adults have met their primary and secondary endpoints.


The detailed results of these clinical trials will be presented at a forthcoming medical conference and will be included in Sanofi's regulatory submissions.

The use of Dupixent in the treatment of inadequately controlled Nasosinusienne Polypose is experimental and no regulatory body has yet evaluated its tolerance and efficacy profiles in this indication.
