Accorhotels: filialisation of Accorinvest voted at meeting.

(CercleFinance.com) - AccorHotels has announced its board of directors' approval of the implementation of the separation of HotelInvest into a stand-alone legal entity, which will operate 960 hotels and employ about 40,000 people in 26 countries.


The Board of Directors has authorised the signing of a business segment contribution agreement between the Accor and AccorInvest entities. The Board of Directors agreed the convocation of a special meeting of shareholders to be held on 30 June 2017, to approve the contribution agreement and the corresponding contribution,
