L'Oréal: Board decisions for AGM of 30 June
(CercleFinance.com) - L'Oréal's Board of Directors has decided that its AGM will be held behind closed doors on 30 June 2020.
The Board has decided to waive the scheduled 10.4% increase in its dividend, instead proposing a 3.85 euro dividend at the AGM, identical to that paid in 2019.
It has also decided to abandon share repurchases throughout 2020; these totaled 750 million euros in 2019.
The group also decided to establish a fund for philanthropic endowment of 50 million euros to support associations accompanying women in highly vulnerable situations worldwide, who are victims of the social and economic crisis.
