CNP Assurances: takes majority stakes in 2 Insurtechs

(CercleFinance.com) - CNP Assurances announced on Monday evening that it had taken control of two InsurTech companies that are specialised in digital marketing and the direct distribution of individual health and providence solutions, namely iSalud in Spain and Azimut in France.


This total investment of 40 million euros enables the group to become a majority shareholder, but also to strengthen the financial capacity of iSalud and Azimut to accelerate their development.

On 19 January CNP Assurances finalised the deal, enabling it to take a controlling stake in the capital of Azimuth, an innovative digital insurance broker specialising in individual providence and health insurance.
