Carrefour: AGM approves dividend, payment option in shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Carrefour announces that its AGM on Friday approved the proposed dividend for 2019 of 0.
23 euro per share and decided to offer shareholders the possibility of receiving this dividend in shares.

The issue price of these new ordinary shares to be issued in payment for the dividend has been set at 12.19 euros, with the maximum number of new shares that may be issued amounting to 15,052,980, representing around 1.86% of the group's capital.

The dividend ex-date has been set on 8 June 2020 for a payment on 29 June. Shareholders will be able to opt for payment in cash or shares between 10 and 23 June inclusive.
