Boiron: Oddo downgrades 'Buy' rating.

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo, in a research report issued on Friday morning, Oddo has downgraded its "buy" rating on the Boiron stock to "neutral," with the group announcing yesterday evening that the Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal by its Canadian subsidiary against a ruling by Quebec's Court of Appeal on 26 October.


This judgment authorised the initiation of a class action, and the proceedings will therefore continue on the merits before the High Court of Quebec.

In the absence of upside in the near term, we are alining our rating with our DCF model, regardless of the risk associated with this Canadian litigation, the broker said, which nevertheless maintains its target price of 90 euros.
