Boiron: finalises takeover of Laboratoire Ferrier.

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the announcement made after the market closed on 8 February, Boiron laboratories reported having signed the Protocol on the acquisition of all of Laboratoire Ferrier's shares, which to date have been held by Arkopharma laboratories.


The purchase price amounts to 1,826,000 euros, in addition to the amount of net cash, all of which Boiron has financed from its equity capital.
