Ubisoft: BlackRock raises stake

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed has informed the AMF that on 3 April it has raised its stake in the video games group Ubisoft to above 5% of its voting rights, with it now holding 5.
61% of the group's capital and 5.06% of its voting rights.

These thresholds have been exceeded due to the OTC purchase of Ubisoft shares and a receipt of shares held as collateral.
