Derichebourg: complies with disposal commitments

(CercleFinance.com) - Derichebourg Environnement has announced that it has complied with the commitments made to the European Commission relating to the acquisition of Ecore.


The group has sent the European Commission the binding legal documentation relating to the disposal of the eight sites that Derichebourg Environnement has undertaken to sell.

Riva Group, one of the European leaders in the steel industry, will buy these sites.

The closing of the transaction is expected after approval of the Riva Group by the European Commission and authorisation of the disposal operation by the competent authorities.
