Idi: PLC acquires Creapharm Cosmetics

(CercleFinance.com) - Idi announces that PLC, a group in which it acquired a stake a few months ago, has acquired Creapharm Cosmetics, a CDMO specialising in the shaping of cosmetics products, with recognised expertise in hot-casting and sun protection.


This first structuring acquisition enables PLC to round out its product offering and strengthen its position as a benchmark player in the CDMO market for cosmetics and dietary supplement brands.

The group now has almost 80 employees and pro-forma sales of over E22m in 2023 (+38%). The Placet family, shareholders in Creapharm, will reinvest as minority shareholders in the new entity.
