Sopra Steria: Oddo raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF reinstates its "buy" rating on the Sopra Steria share, having increased its corresponding target price from 160 euros to 170 euros (current price: 130 euros), in the wake of an increase in its organic growth forecast to +3.
4% (vs. +2% previously).

The analyst notes that after a sound recovery in November, the stock has been marking time since the onset of a bad newsflow around Brexit negotiations and that it has not even benefited from the excellent publication of Accenture.

The link made between Sopra Steria and the UK and related fears appear exaggerated in our opinion, the analyste says, adding that the stock is still trading at an unjustified 18% discount relative to peers in terms of 2021 EV/EBIT.
