Nexans: organic growth of nearly 3% in Q1

(CercleFinance.com) - Cable manufacturer Nexans reports standard sales of E1.
69bn for Q1 2024, i.e. organic growth of 2.8% y-o-y (+4.7% excluding 'other activities').

For its electrification activities, Nexans' organic growth reached 6.7%, reflecting double-digit growth in the power generation and transmission business and an overall acceleration of trends in electrification.

With a record adjusted order book of E6.7bn in power generation and transmission, Nexans confirms its 2024 target for adjusted EBITDA of E670m to E730m, and normalised FCF of E200m to E300m.
