Icade: share down, penalised by analyst comments

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade is one of the SBF 120's biggest fallers on Monday, with the property developer's share price penalised by Deutsche Bank's comments, which has sharply reduced its target price for the stock.


While maintaining a 'hold' recommendation on the stock, the broker has slashed its target price for it from E32 to E24.

At lunchtime, Icade shares were losing around 3.5%, the third worst performer on the SBF.

Due to a market conditions that are deemed uncertain, the stock has lost over a third (-34%) of its value YTD, despite last month's presentation of a plan deemed promising by analysts.
